The pilot program began this January 2010 and will last all year. <br /><br />If the pilot program is a success (and we think it will be) we will continue this program next year. It would then be most helpful for the mentor to reevaluate whether her relationship with the mentee will achieve that goal. Things that should be identified early in the relationship is whether the mentee should take on a second mentor or whether a different mentor altogether.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
